Long awaited update

Finn had his friend Hampton over to play. They bonded over frogs.

Halloween

Patrick carved the pumpkin this afternoon and Finn was facinated!

Also, some exciting news... Finn started walking yesterday. He started with about 10 steps but is going about 20 now. It's still really wobbly but he's super excited (smiling the whole time) and so are we.

New explorations

Finn has found the floor registers and is starting to see what fits down them.

He needed a rest after so much "digging".


Then he needed a bath after crawling around looking for treasures.


And then it was bed time. It's hard to resist those eyes.

Happy Breakfast

Finn loves to eat and also play peek a boo at breakfast. It always brings out a good smile:)

And a chuckle or two.

Wedding weekend

We went to our friends Mandy and Kevin's wedding this past weekend. And of course Finn had to dress for the occasion. He kept trying to break out of the room while we were getting ready. Thank goodness for the deadbolt and upper lock.

Caught. He thinks he's under arrest:)





Without the jacket he's still our adorable little man.





Sad thing is we didn't get Amy pics of Patrick and I dressed up.

just a few

Finn loves his bowls and spoons recently. he's been pretending to eat and make food a lot lately too...it's super cute. We went to the park and he just looks so small next to the jungle gym.

Swinging with his neighbor Roslyn...she's 3-4 months younger and we're hoping finn will develop a crush on her because she's super cute and lives right across the street:)

Since they are both baldies I'll tell you finn is the one on the right:)

more, more, more

at the sculpture park.... standing with weston.....this is pretty much the first time finn stood on his own (or with a friend by his side)....he had to literally crawl up weston to get to standing position, but weston was nice enough to stand still while finn did that....and when weston walked away finn stood there by himself for a couple of seconds before crouching down and crawling after him.
